- Most of my items will typically be mailed within 3 business days of receiving payment. Made to order orders may take up to 12 business days. I will let you know the estimated time after the order has been placed, or contact me before placing the order if you prefer.
- Orders are wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a little organza or satin bag and shipped in a secure bubble envelope. If you prefer a Kraft box with a bow, at no extra charge, and, or a hand written note added, just leave me a message, I will be happy to do it.
- You will be notified when your purchase has been shipped. If you need your item mailed via some other method, or insured, please send an email for a quote to myaroluna [at] gmail.com.
- Domestic mail: I use USPS First Class up to $100 orders. Priority mail for orders over $100. I use a third party to insure orders over $200. Domestic First class usually takes about 3 to 7 days depending on the zip code.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- International orders: A packing slip reflecting the exact item price and the shipping address is always attached to every International order. You are responsible for Any and All custom fees, charges and local taxes, if and when applicable. Please check the policies and regulations on international packages in your country as custom fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for customs holding, opening and/or seizing items that you have purchased, nor for required duty fees, nor any required amount for taxes nor charges abroad, so please, check the policies for your country before purchasing. I cannot guarantee shipping times for any carrier, and I am not responsible for lost or stolen overseas shipments. First Class International USPS mail often does NOT include a tracking number. Orders over $200 are insured by a third party, or registered.
- Canada First Class usually takes about 12 to 15 days.
- International First Class starts at around 2 weeks, but may be much longer depending on the country. It usually does NOT include a tracking number.
- Customer satisfaction is my priority. If you are not happy please notify me as soon as possible, I will always do my best to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within these terms: The item must be returned in new, unused and its original condition. Must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your purchase, I will not refund items after that time. When possible, please, purchase delivery confirmation or other form of tracking, if the item is more than $200 I recommend you purchase insurance or registered mail. I cannot take responsibility for items you mailed if they get lost or damaged. The refund for the purchase amount will be issued within 48 hours after receiving the product in unused original condition. Please note, I will refund the purchase amount less shipping charges. I reserve the right to apply a fee of up to 15% to refunds for "Made to order" pieces if they were specially customized for you.
